1. Agreement

By accessing this website or using the partner SMS panel, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

We provide a partner portal for wholesale A2P SMS termination, International Premium Rate Numbers (IPRN), and OTP traffic, including range assignment, CDR accounting, SMPP/HTTP connectivity, and portal payouts. Features may change as inventory and routes update.

3. Eligibility & accounts

Access is limited to approved partners. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, traffic quality, and compliance with applicable telecom and messaging rules in destinations you use.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive messaging.
• No unauthorized access, scanning, or interference with the panel or network.
• No misrepresentation of traffic origin during onboarding or operation.

5. Rates, CDR & settlement

Payouts and charges follow the rates shown in the partner portal. Delivered traffic recorded in CDR is the basis for reconciliation. When automatic payout mode is enabled and your balance reaches the configured minimum, a payout request is created in the portal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Availability

Routes and ranges may change, pause, or be replaced. We aim for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific delivery rates.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the panel, route changes, or third-party networks.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, unpaid balances, fraud risk, or operational necessity. Surviving obligations (including settlement of billable traffic) remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
